ACZ Container allows to manage documents. Document is defined as placeholder for attachments. You define new document filling with its name, creation date, barcode and other. Every document can include attachments. You can create and edit files with: .docx, .doc, .html, .htm, .txt, .xaml, .rtf, .xlsx, .xls extension. Use Categories Tree to prepare additional filtering tags.

ACZ Container allows you to manage your documents, giving you Documents Repository functionalities. All your files are stored locally on user machine in current user folder. It means, that you don't publish your files on Internet. It is not necessary. This desktop application works with .docx, .doc, .html, .htm, .txt, .xaml, .rtf, .xlsx, .xls files sharing internal editors for user. Eg. you don't have to get office software to open .docx file. You use internal editor for working with this files.
If you want to categorize your documents, you use Category Tree. This allows you to create tags tree, eg. location, type of document, destination, etc. When you add new document you assign category to it. You can use advanced filtering to find it later.
